Evening at Loch Raven

 As much as I dislike Baltimore, I have to admit that Loch Raven is rather scenic for an entirely man-made reservoir that annihilated a small town during its creation in the bid to provide the city with water.


 Not that I give Baltimore itself much credit for this sort of view. The reservoir is in the county, after all.
