Baltimore County Fire Department memorial shrine

 This shrine is directly outside of Towson's courthouse, though if my trip through the plaza it resides in is any indication its function has been entirely subverted from a shrine into a generic object that people can lean against while talking on their cell phones while on lunch break from their court cases.
